I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel on Lac d'Annecy. The view from my room's large balcony was absolutely enchanting. The staff were attentive and gracious, always offering drinks and making sure I had everything I needed. The private beach on the purest lake in Europe was a true gem, and the swimming was amazing. The food at the restaurant, though not as highly rated as before, was still outstanding. I especially loved the lake fish dishes. The terrace for dinner was beyond compare, and the room service dinner was just as delicious. This is truly a place where dreams are made. I highly recommend this hotel for a thoroughly wonderful experience.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were exceptional, including the beautiful indoor swimming pool and the spa centre with amazing massages. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake. the room advantages, such as the large balcony and private facilities, exceeded our expectations. the restaurant was top-notch, with delicious food and in-room breakfast service. We enjoyed the peaceful garden area and sun terrace, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
The only minor negative point was that the service quality could have been more consistent, as some staff members were not as attentive as we expected. this did not impact our overall experience at this venue.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel on Lac d'Annecy. Enjoyed breathtaking views of the lake from my room and the private beach. The luxurious room had a large balcony and a spacious bathroom with modern amenities. Room service breakfast was a delight.
The evening meal was no where near as good as expected from a Relais & Chateaux hotel. The menu was limited and the food lacked taste and creativity.

The value for money was great, considering the beautiful room and breathtaking lake view. The staff treated us with exceptional warmth and professionalism.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
